Verification tokens are stored in cryptographic hash format.
• Public Browsing: All educational guides, stories, journeys, and condition resources are free to read without registration or login. The public site does not require user accounts to access educational content.

Information provided through assessment requests is used exclusively for clinical coordination:

• Allowing qualified therapists to review your situation, assess clinical suitability, and prepare appropriate next steps before your consultation.
• Sending you transactional verification codes and confirmation communications regarding your inquiry.
